1. Who we are
ARKKHE Corp ("ARKKHE", "we") is the controller of personal data collected through ARKKHE VPlayer. Direct contact: arkkhecorp@gmail.com.
This policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect your personal data when you use our software or visit this landing page.
2. Data we collect
2.1. Account & billing data
- Full name and email — provided at purchase via Stripe;
- Tax identifiers — when required by tax law;
- Payment data — processed directly by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We do not store card numbers.
2.2. Dashboard usage data
- IP address and user-agent (browser/OS);
- Access logs (date, time, actions);
- Configuration of hosted videos;
- Aggregate retention metrics.
2.3. Data of viewers of your videos
When your VSL is watched, we collect from the end viewer:
- IP, user-agent, and device type;
- Play / pause / seek events with timestamps;
- A/B variants displayed (Smart Autoplay).
This data is recorded in the Customer's own Supabase account, and ARKKHE acts as processor. See the DPA for the controller/processor relationship.
2.4. Landing page data
We collect anonymous visit metrics via Vercel Web Analytics — without personal identifiers. Details in the Cookie Policy.
3. Purpose & legal basis
- Contract performance — account creation, login, payment processing, and Service delivery.
- Legal/regulatory compliance — invoicing, tax authority requirements.
- Legitimate interest — fraud prevention, platform security, product improvement.
- Consent — marketing communications (revocable at any time via the unsubscribe link in emails or by contacting us).
4. Sharing with third parties
We share data only with vendors strictly required for the Service, all contractually bound to confidentiality and equivalent security standards:
- Stripe — payment gateway (recurring billing, tax data, card management);
- Vercel — landing page and app hosting (logs, analytics);
- Cloudflare — CDN and Customer's R2 storage;
- Supabase — Customer's database and authentication;
- Google Workspace — email communication.
We do not sell your data. We do not share with advertisers or data brokers.
We may disclose data in response to court orders or lawful requests by competent authorities, as required by law.
5. International data transfer
Some of the vendors above are located in the United States and Europe. We rely on standard contractual clauses and/or those vendors' adequacy mechanisms (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, where applicable).
6. Your rights
You may, at any time and free of charge, request to:
- Confirm whether we process your data;
- Access your data;
- Correct inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated data;
- Anonymize, block, or delete unnecessary, excessive, or unlawfully processed data;
- Receive your data in a portable format;
- Delete data processed on the basis of consent, except where retention is legally required;
- Be informed of entities with whom we have shared your data;
- Withdraw consent at any time.

7. Data retention
We keep your data while the contractual relationship is active and for an additional 5 years after termination, for tax purposes and legal defense. Videos and data stored on your own infrastructure (Cloudflare R2 and Supabase) follow your own retention policies — ARKKHE does not handle those after termination.
8. Security
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures:
- Encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+);
- Role-based access control (RBAC);
- Audit logs (access and admin actions);
- Periodic review of permissions and credentials;
- Basic security training for staff.
In the event of a security incident affecting personal data, we will notify affected data subjects and, where applicable, the relevant authority within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies used on this landing page and the dashboard are detailed in our Cookie Policy.
10. Children
The Service is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover inadvertent collection, the data is deleted immediately.
